Biography
Employee at the University of Aveiro (UA) since 2004. His first contact with the digitization of UA collections, SBIDM's responsibility - Library, Documentary Information and Museology Services, happened only in 2011, when he joined these services. Initially, he had the task of digitizing and cataloging posters from the Madeira Luis collection.
By the end of 2012, with the donation of 6000 shellac discs of Portuguese music to the UA, by the editor and collector José Moças, the work of digitizing these discs began, which includes sound, image and cataloging work.
Currently, despite digitization being part of his main tasks, he also participates in the assembly of exhibitions. At the same time, he provides technical support in the Library and Archive services (SBIDM), at the University of Aveiro.
