He is also a team member of the project PICT-2013-0368 ‘Communicative Musicality In the Time Arts and Early Childhood’ funded by Agencia Nacional de Promoción de Ciencia y Tecnología (Argentina), currently being developed at LEEM. His research addresses musicality communication issues concerning the reciprocal interactions between dance musicians and dancers in ecological and metric contexts, through quantitative microanalysis of respective multimodal behaviors using zero-velocity visual-spatial indicators. http://visual-spatial-indicators.tumblr.com The development of research and the results achieved at the postdoctoral level have led to a new line of research, the qualy-quantitative analysis of the relation music-movement in the context of the tango couple, trying to understand the diversity of the expressive and stylistic peculiarities of this dance. These new developments that result from the crossing of different methodological resources and different epistemological foundations have opened the possibility of this investigation to become applied research, and may have a significant impact on pedagogical implications for non-verbal learning processes in the areas of dance and on the training of professional dancers. This body of cognitive research is further supported by the investigator's knowledge and experience throughout his 16-year-old career as a Dance Musician, Tango Dancer and Teacher, collaborative works with tango choreographer and dancer Milena Plebs, studies in advanced Gyrotonic and fundamentals of classic technique with Barbora Hruskova, principal dancer Companhia Nacional de Bailado and the university experience in musical work in the context of dance technique classes with the dancer Antonio Carallo (Wuppertal Tanztheater-Pina Bausch).
