Biography
Lecturer at the College of Education of the Porto Polytechnic, member of the Research Centre in Psychology of Music and Music Education (CIPEM) Polo in Porto Polytechnic of the Instituto de Etnomusicologia - Centro de Estudos em Música e Dança (INET-md). Ph.D. in Musicology from the University of Coimbra. He has carried out research in the fields of Music Education and Musicology. Recently published: Bessa, R. & Ferreira, R. He has held the following positions in the College of Education of Porto: Vice-President; Vice-President and President of the Pedagogical Council; Coordinator of the Music department. He is currently the Coordinator of the Degree in Music Education and a member of the Scientific Committee of the Master in Music Teacher Education.
