Education: (I) PhD in Information and Communication in Digital Platforms from the University of Aveiro and University of Porto (URL: http://hdl.handle.net/10773/10444) (2013); (II) Postgraduate in Information sciences and Documentation from the University Fernando Pessoa (2008); 4 years graduation in Documentation and Archivistic from the University of Aveiro.
Research: (I) Researcher at the INET - MD, Institute of Ethnomusicology (FCSH - UNL|DECA - UA| FMH - UL| ESE- IPP); (II) Member of the APBAD - the Portuguese Association of Librarians, Archivists and Documentalists Museum Information Systems Working Group; (III) IGI Global scientific reviewer.
Professional Experience: University of Aveiro, Library Services, Document Information and Museology (SBIDM), since February 1994. Reference librarian and trainer focused on academic and scientific research, analysis and evaluation, information organization and retrieval, knowledge management. Skilled in the development of educational tutorials and in reviewing. Skilled in the use and study of information systems, both commercial and open source.
