The DigiMusi project, funded by the ERASMUS+ program, has released the Good Practice Guide "Promovendo a transformação digital no ensino e aprendizagem da música" as an open-access resource. Created by researchers at INET-md, this guide, based on studies and findings from Portugal and Spain, aims to support music teachers in integrating digital technologies into the classroom.

The new guide, "Promovendo a transformação digital no ensino e aprendizagem da música", is a support resource for music teachers. It aims to foster best practices through a set of suggestions reflecting the project's work in Portugal and Spain.

To provide clearer and more practical guidance, the guide is organized around seven key questions that address the main challenges and processes involved in digitalizing music education: Why promote a digital transition?; What needs to be transformed?; Who are the stakeholders involved?; When is the ideal time for digital transition?; Where should the transition take place?; How can this transition be implemented in music teaching?; What challenges need to be faced?

This resource was created by INET-md researchers Gilvano Dalagna and Clarissa Foletto, along with Davys Moreno, Ivan Caro, Hélder Caixinha (Digimedia, Universidade de Aveiro), and João Silva.
