Biography
Eliza Oliveira obtained her degree in Occupational Therapy in 2011 from the Federal University of Minas Gerais and her Master's degree in Computer Science from the Federal University of Paraíba in 2015, both in Brazil. During her Master's, she focused on Human-Computer Interaction to promote play for children with cerebral palsy. Still in Brazil, Eliza has participated in various projects aimed at digital inclusion and accessibility for people with special needs. In Portugal, she participated in research projects at the DigiMedia Research Center, linked to Interactive Television and developing an App Prototype for Territorial Innovation in the Central Region. She is currently finalizing her PhD at DigiMedia, where she is researching the risks associated with cybersecurity. She is now the Science and Technology Manager at the INET-md center at the University of Aveiro. She has also complemented her professional experience with specific training, improving her skills in project management, science communication, process management, database analysis and management, and scientific information management.
