News | INET-md's researcher gets funding from the programme Advancing Music and Minorities Research

Andrew Snyder, integrated researcher at INET-md, recenttly obtained Advancing Music and Minorities Research (AMMR) seed money initiative from the Music and Minorities Research Center (MMRC) at mdw – University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna. AMMR aims at supporting the development of research projects to increment the success of funding applications, thus boosting high-quality research on music and minorities at MMRC. The initiative provides financial support and expert advice to postdoctoral researchers from all around the world who intend to develop their cutting-edge project ideas in the field of music and minorities studies into competitive funding applications for mid- to large-scale research projects. The project that Andrew aims to develop in this program is entitled "Curating Diversity: Musical Eclecticism and Social Inclusion in the Portuguese Music Festival Industry."
