In this episode of Pod-ip, we welcome Carla Moreira, a former undergraduate and master's student at the University of Aveiro. Carla began her musical journey with the trumpet but soon realized she needed something more. Yoga and mindfulness entered her life as a means of self-help but gradually gained importance and are now the foundation of her ArtYoga project. In this conversation, you can learn more about the guest's journey, discover her project, reflect on music education, and open your horizons to new practices that enhance learning and self-regulation.
Carla Moreira | Carla Moreira holds a bachelor's and master's degree in music education from the University of Aveiro. Currently, she is an entrepreneur, teacher, trainer, and author. She developed a project that combines yoga, music, and mindfulness in classes for babies and children, reaching 500 students in the Aveiro district. In 2022, she published her first children's book on yoga, presenting it in 20 municipalities nationwide through yoga and music sessions for families. In 2023, she inaugurated her space, "Instituto Carla Moreira," which integrates other health and wellness areas such as yoga, psychology, psychomotricity, pediatric physiotherapy, and more.
